Hyatt Place College Station

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The bar being conveniently open till midnight in the lobby was a fantastic plus when traveling with toddlers 🤣 and the bartender was fantastic and so friendly. The concierge gave us a coupon for a complimentary drink upon check-in as well, and for the kids they even had a build your own hot cocoa station which they loved!!!! The pool was perfectly heated and the hot tub was great! I think this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at in college station where the pool was actually heated and the hot tub worked! Additionally the room we stayed in was perfect! It had ample room for family game night, including twister, as well as room for eating or just sitting and visiting. All in all our stay was perfect. We make this trip every year and we are definitely going to make this our go to hotel for the trip!

The breakfasts were very good, staff very helpful & friendly, we had a lovely time.

I liked the overall experience. The customer service we received was exceptional. My mother dropped her earring down the sink and they got a plumber to open the drain and get it out! I was shocked that they went above and beyond to do that! I will most definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in this area. Will most definitely return for a future stay.

Property was very clean and well kept. The location was excellent!

Beds were comfy and room had plenty of space for the family.
